I received the earrings but its back clip is not properly closed it’s very loose I tried to wear it but was falling down from my ear it’s not professionally designed and not workable!! Color of the matel is also not good!! By any chance could you please send me new earrings and whoever deliverers I’ll return the old one I hope you will consider my problem
